The care home is situated in the quiet village of East Peckham, within walking distance to all community amenities which include: library, chip shop, newsagent, supermarket, grocers, butchers and tea shop.
Hale Place accommodates 13 residents, in a modern 4 bedroom house and 8 bedroom listed farmhouse, which has a wealth of character and beams, dating back to the 17th century. Each bedroom is unique in its charm and furnished according to the needs of the resident.

Every effort is made to support people to feel comfortable in their surroundings by encouraging them to personalise their rooms with their photos, pictures and other belongings, if they so wish. We recognise that some people with dementia are fearful of being alone and require reassurance and security. To support these people, we continue to offer shared, as well as single occupancy, bedrooms.
The large conservatory and orangery are airy and full of character, providing the perfect settings for people to engage with others. They are furnished to the highest standard with oak tables and chairs in the conservatory, Rattan tables, chairs and loungers in the orangery and extra leather high back dining chairs provided throughout.
The bathrooms are fitted and decorated to a high standard for the residents comfort, they have been newly renovated with a wet room, modern showers and underfloor heating.
The landscaped gardens encompass the home; the lavender, daisy flowers, azaleas, rhododendrons, cherry blossom, dog wood, laburnum, silver birch and many other flowers, provide colour throughout the year.
Patios and pathways have been renovated to provide safe, outdoor living space where people can relax on the comfortable Rattan furniture and enjoy the tranquillity of their surroundings with friends and family.
