MANDY HEWLETT: Quality Auditor

Mandy has been quality assuring, assessing, training and managing carers for the past 30 years, achieving exemplary training and Ofsted inspection reports as well as the quality assurance Matrix in recognition of the high standards of training and supervision she has provided to carers.

Between 2000 – 2017, Mandy managed the training and development of our workforce. Thanks to her outstanding commitment and professionalism, 100% of our workforce hold a relevant social care qualification, are all fully trained and assessed as competent.

DANIELLE CAVE: Registered Manager

Danielle joined Hale Place in 2009 and was appointed deputy manager in 2016 after demonstrating excellent work ethics and leadership. In December 2017, Danielle became our registered manager, with the overwhelming support from her colleagues.

Danielle is driven to achieve outstanding outcomes for people we support and is leading our Gold Standards Framework accreditation and our quality care improvement agenda.

Dudley Hewlett: Operations Manager

Dudley joined Hale Place in 2009, at the age of 16. Since then, Dudley has achieved his Double A level award in Advanced Business and his HNC in Business whilst working part/full time here at Hale Place. Dudley was appointed Operations Manager in 2019, after returning from University with his BSc (Hons) Accounting with Finance degree.

Since Dudley’s return in 2019, he has managed positive change throughout the organisation through the introduction of wide-ranging technological changes. These innovations and developments have increased safety, enhanced the quality of life for people within our care and tightened compliance.

Dudley is Hale Place’s champion in Health and Safety and Infection Control with Advanced training in both areas.

Barney Hewlett: Business Development Executive

Barney serves as a Business Development Executive at Hale Place, bringing a strong academic foundation and valuable experience gained since completing his studies. After achieving his Degree in Business and Management from the University of Kent in 2018, Barney has been actively contributing to the organisation in various professional capacities.

Barney’s focus is on fostering growth, building meaningful relationships, and identifying strategic opportunities to advance the organisation. With a passion for innovation and efficiency, Barney contributes to the continued success of Hale Place by developing sustainable initiatives and exploring new avenues for business development.

Barney is also committed to maintaining the highest standards across the organisation, ensuring that every opportunity aligns with Hale Place’s values and mission.
