About Us – Hale Place
Hale Place was the first care provider in Kent to be rated ‘Outstanding‘ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the first provider in England to have two registered homes rated ‘Outstanding‘. Hale Place exceeded 58 of 70 care standards following a CQC ‘Quality and Risk Audit’ and, since 1988, the provider has been in the same ownership and has consistently received exemplary care inspections.
Hale Place and its employees have been finalists for national care awards 16 times and have won 6 including the prestigious ‘Quality of Care Award’ and ‘Person-Centred Care Award’.
Hale Place provides person-centred care solutions in East Peckham, Near Tonbridge, which are delivered by a qualified team trained to encourage the independence, preserve the dignity, enable freedom of choice and protect the privacy of each person we serve. This approach is what enables us to continue championing quality of life for all people – it has been our mission since 1988 and it’s what has made Hale Place one of the premier providers of dementia services in England.
